About Pacific Foods and the Pacific Natural Foods brand:
From our president's office to the factory floor, from our organic farms to retailers' shelves, we are committed to building a business we can proud of. Through our commitment to The Delicious Taste of Nature, we are dedicated to helping families and individuals live healthier, more vital and rewarding lives by developing foods that are delicious, good for you, good for the community as well as farmers and producers, and good for the planet we all share.

We employ more than 200 people--all of whom bring their passion, knowledge and expertise to creating really great food.

Chuck Eggert, Founder
An innovator and pioneer of the natural products industry, Chuck has dedicated 20 years to putting products on store shelves that are good for consumers and the environment. He is a passionate advocate for sustainable agriculture and organic farming and for growing a business committed to its customers, employees and the environment. Chuck has grown Pacific Foods from its first introduction of soy products in 1987 to a thriving business with more than 30 products. Chuck is a supporter of the Oregon Food Bank and actively involved in addressing the issues of hunger and medically fragile children. Chuck and his family live in Oregon.

Jon Gehrs, President
Jon has worked with Pacific Foods since its beginning and was promoted to president in 2002. He brings experience in financial management and strategic leadership to the organization and is responsible for overall operations and new product development. He is firmly committed to continuing to grow Pacific Foods and its all natural and organic brands--foods that taste great, are good for you, good for the earth and convenient for today's busy consumers. Jon's priority is to lead a meaningful company, one that is committed to people, products and the environment. Jon is a Pacific Northwest native and enjoys living in Oregon with his family.

Tim Ramsey, VP Sales and Marketing
With over 20 years in the food and beverage industry, Tim brings a unique blend of both sales and marketing expertise to Pacific Foods. He has led sales and marketing teams at major consumer goods companies such as The E&J Gallo Winery, Tropicana and Fresh Express Farms. Under Tim's leadership, Pacific has launched several new product and category entries such as All Natural Gravies, Roasted Red Pepper & Tomato Soup and Low Sodium Chicken Broth. Tim has always enjoyed being on the cutting edge of new and innovative food and beverage products and came to work for Pacific Foods because of its commitment to the community and environment. Tim lives in Oregon with his family where he enjoys Oregon's bountiful offering of golf and fine wine.
