I "unboxed" an old family recipe for Chicken and Wild Rice casserole. This was adapted from an old family casserole recipe. It is amazing how much less sodium and fat this version has, compared to the original version. I say I "unboxed" this recipe because I used the unseasoned rice blend, then attempted the seasoning mix myself. This was even better than our Thanksgiving green bean casserole!
