Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pacific Foods™ Organic Coconut Unsweetened Vanilla Plant-Based Beverage
  • 1 cup frozen cranberries
  • 2 orange, juiced
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup fresh cranberries to garnish
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter to garnish
  • 1/4 cup vegan granola to garnish

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Add coconut milk, frozen cranberries, orange juice, and frozen banana to a high-speed blender. Blend on highest speed until smooth and creamy. 

  • Step 2

    Pour smoothie into a large bowl and garnish with fresh cranberries, peanut butter, and granola. Enjoy!
