Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons hot water
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 2 tablespoons whiskey
  • 4 tablespoons Irish cream liqueur (like Baileys)
  • 1 cup Pacific Foods™ Hemp Vanilla Plant-Based Beverage
  • 2 tablespoons shaved semi-sweet chocolate to garnish

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Add instant coffee and sugar to a large bowl. Add hot water and stir to combine. Use a hand mixer or whisk to vigorously mix coffee mixture until mixture turns fluffy, shiny, and foamy. It should take about 2 to 3 minutes using a hand mixer, or 7 to 8 minutes using a whisk. 

  • Step 2

    Add ice to a large jar along with whiskey, Irish cream liqueur and hemp milk. Stir well to combine. Strain mixture into 2 glasses, filling each about 3/4 full. Top with whipped coffee mixture and shaved chocolate, to garnish. Enjoy immediately!
