Ingredients
- 1 frozen ripe banana
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 2 tablespoons rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cups Pacific Foods™ Hemp Original Unsweetened Plant-Based Beverage
- 1 to 2 dates, pitted
Instructions

Place all ingredients into a blender and puree until creamy and smooth. Depending on the power of your blender, you may need to add more hemp beverage, up to an additional 1/2 cup. For a sweeter shake, add in the second pitted date.
