Ingredients

  • 1 frozen ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 cups Pacific Foods™ Hemp Original Unsweetened Plant-Based Beverage
  • 1 to 2 dates, pitted

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and puree until creamy and smooth. Depending on the power of your blender, you may need to add more hemp beverage, up to an additional 1/2 cup. For a sweeter shake, add in the second pitted date.
