Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Pacific Foods™ Organic Coconut Original Plant-Based Beverage
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3 tablespoons açaí powder
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup shredded dried sweetened coconut
  • 2 tablespoons goji berries

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Blend coconut milk with frozen berries, frozen banana, açaí powder, and peanut butter until smooth. 

  • Step 2

    Pour mixture into 2 bowls, top with sliced banana, kiwi, blueberries, almonds, coconut and goji berries and enjoy!
