Prepare cobbler topping: In a large bowl stir together flour, oats, baking powder, sea salt, and 2 tablespoons coconut sugar. In a separate small bowl whisk together coconut oil, egg, and oat plant based beverage. Pour wet mixture into dry mixture and stir to combine.
Pour berries into greased baking dish. Dollop a small amount of cobbler mixture randomly on berries. Repeat with the remainder of the cobbler batter and sprinkle with turbinado sugar.
Bake cobbler for 25-32 minutes, or until cobbler is golden. Remove from oven and let sit 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
