Preheat oven to 450°F. and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add halved potatoes, crushed garlic, and bone broth and gently saute for 5-7 minutes. Carefully transfer potatoes and garlic to lined baking tray. Drizzle with ghee and sprinkle with sea salt and pepper.
Roast potatoes for 30-35 minutes, or until crispy and tender. Remove from oven and enjoy!
