Prepare the socca batter. Whisk together flour, broth, olive oil, salt, and dried Italian seasoning. Let sit and thicken 15 minutes.
While batter thickens, preheat oven to 450°F. with a 10-inch cast iron skillet inside the oven. The cast iron skillet needs to get nice and hot before adding the batter!
When oven is preheated, carefully remove hot skillet from oven. Swirl 1tablespoon olive oil in cast iron skillet to coat. Carefully pour chickpea batter into cast iron skillet and swirl to evenly distribute in pan.
Bake the socca for 8 to 10 minutes, or until edges are golden. If you'd prefer a more golden top, broil socca for an additional 2 to 3 minutes. Carefully remove socca from the oven and top with spring greens, sliced avocado, peas, and radishes. Drizzle with additional olive oil, if desired, and slice. Enjoy!
