Have 8 pint jars ready. Divide the following among 4 of the jars: zucchini, green onions, mushrooms, carrot, miso and sesame oil. Close jars with lids.
Divide the broth among the remaining 4 jars. Close jars with lids.
Refrigerate all jars until ready to use. To prepare 1 serving of soup, remove lid from 1 jar of broth and microwave until steaming hot, about 2 minutes. Pour broth into 1 jar of zucchini noodles miso mixture, cover, and let sit 5 minutes before eating.
