Cook quinoa according to package directions. While the quinoa is cooking, mix soup, tapenade, and feta cheese in a saucepan until hot.
Add cooked quinoa, spinach, cucumber, onion, parsley, hummus and/or tzatziki to a bowl and top with soup mixture. Season with salt and pepper, lemon juice, and a drizzle of olive oil to taste.
