Prepare a 9 x 5 loaf pan by lining with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, mix together almond butter, melted and cooled coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix together until smooth. Add Pacific's Hemp Plant Based Beverage to mixture and stir to combine. Fold in cacao nibs. Transfer freezer fudge batter to parchment lined pan and smooth out to evenly distribute the mixture throughout the pan. Top with extra cacao nibs and flaky sea salt. Freeze for at least 1 hour. Slice, and enjoy! Best served immediately, store in freezer.
